Joma has developed a revolutionary 3 dimensional manufacturing system that increases synergy to the main components of the boot such as mould heel stiffener, insole, lining and soleplate. Thanks to this manufacturing system, Joma's R&D department is able to trace the outlines of the foot onto a flat surface and work with many different aspects at the same time. We no longer have to make the foot get used to the boot. Thanks to this new manufacturing technology, the boot is made to fit the foot perfectly, which in turn encourages harmony between players and their footwear.

Technical excellence
Technical excellence is behind each and every footwear collection that Joma Sport produce. The 2006 football range is the most advanced so far and has been designed to ensure maximum performance and comfort for any type of player.

Uppers are sourced from the finest quality leathers and technically superior synthetic fibres. Leather boots are constructed as integral 2 piece models. One piece moulds its shape around the top of the foot and the second wraps around the heel to ensure ultimate fit and comfort.

To further increase the comfort and flexibility of the footwear, air cushioned insoles and or gel shock insoles are shaped to the curvature of the foot, while beneath, semi rigid, re-inforced inplates and adaptive flexion system, provide stability in unison with a natural running motion.

Ultimately, traction with the surface is of paramount importance and through Joma's extensive choice of soleplates, grip, flexibility and control assured, whatever the conditions. Whether glued and rivetted or stitched to the uppers, Joma soleplates are a measure of quality which is inherent in any boot.
